Processing Time
All Wild Pines Creations products are handcrafted in small batches with care. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase. During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take slightly longer — we'll keep you informed.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We ship within the United States. We work with multiple carriers including USPS, UPS, and others to ensure the best rates and reliable delivery. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control. Once your order is handed off to the carrier, delivery timelines are in their hands. If your package is significantly delayed, please reach out and we'll do our best to help.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Wild Pines Creations is not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If this happens, please contact your local carrier first, then reach out to us at wildpinescreations@outlook.com and we'll work with you to find a resolution.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at wildpinescreations@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right.
International Shipping
