Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Final on Soap & Bath Products

Due to the handcrafted and personal care nature of our products, all soap, bath salts, and similar bath & body items are final sale and non-returnable. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great pride in the quality of every product we make. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@wildpinescreations.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll make it right with a replacement or store credit.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll send the correct item at no additional cost.

Non-Soap & Accessory Items

For non-consumable items (such as soap trays or accessories), we accept returns within 14 days of delivery provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
